The vessel will remain hero till Saturday, when she will leave for Wellington to complete, leaving that port finally for London pn Thursday, March 5. v. A projected departure to-day from Wellington is the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner V.aramea, which is to sail for London. :• Bluff will be the final port of loading for the Tyser liner Star of Australia. The vessel is duo at Lvtteltcn on Monday next from Wellington. She will take hor departure from the southern port on March 5. ' Bound from Liverpool to Lyttelton, the Federal and Shire liner Surrey left Sydney for Auckland on Tuesday. She is due at this port in a fortnight. '•This week's steamer for Melbourne, the Willcchra, arrived yesterday at Wellington trom Sydney with 645 passengers and a arge quantity of cargo. The vessel is duo here io-morrow, and will sail in the afternoon for Australian ports, via ,the south and Tasmania. ! The schooner Eliza Firth completed her survey and overhaul yesterday, and was taken off the slip. The Federal and Shire Line's steamer Ayrshire, which sailed on Tuesday evening for Picton in continuation of Homeward loading, took the following cargo for West of England ports from Lyttelton:—Avonmouth: 318 sacks of peas, 625 sacks of bran, 1851 carcases of frozen meat and 54 orates of cheese. Liverpool: 615 sacks of bran, 18 casks of grease, 65 casks of tallow, 4 drums of glycerine, 18,279 carcases of frozen meat, 23 crates of runners, 75 crates of cheese and 15 cases of honey. Glasgow: 36 bales of wool, 4376 carcases of frozen meat, 1170 bags of beef, 4 cases of kidneys and 110 crates of cheese.

Latest advice states that tho R.M.S. Tahiti, bound from San Francisco to Wellington, will arrive at the latter port at 10 p.m. to-day, and her southern mails will reach Christchurch on Saturday.
