ALLEGED COUNSELLING ARSON.
[Per Press Association.] TOLAGA BAY, February 24. . At the Magistrate’s Court yesterday Thomas Wentworth Martin was committed for trial on a charge of counselling arson., The chief witness for the prosecution was George Fannin, who had already pleaded guilty of setting fire to Martin’s shop.
