FROZEN MEAT.
TO THE EDITOR.
Sib,— Last November, I sent to London, through Mr Forrester of Sydenham, a Canterbury sheep frozen by the Belfast Freezing Company. Today 1 received the following from the recipient, which I think should be published s—“ We received your welcome letter, also the sheep. We cannot speak too highly of the sheep. In appearance it was perfect, and in the eating it was delicious. We not only enjoyed it ourselves, but we gave some away to those who wanted it. Our opinion is, that the quality is superior to that generally sold as frozen meat. Its weight was 671 b; was a wether, moderately fat, and there was no waste whatever.”—l am, &0., R. B.
