[RbUTEE'B TELEGBAMB.] MINISTERS AT BIRMINGHAM. LONDON, Jan. 3. A large Liberal meeting was held this evening at Birmingham. Mr John Bright and Mr Chamberlain, two of the members for the borough, were present, and delivered long addresses. The former in tho course of his speech alluded to England's foreign relations, and stated that even if the country were without allies, there was no Power that had more friends, In reference to Irish affairs, Mr Bright justified the policy of coercion whioh has been pursned in that country. Mr Chamberlain also referred to the state of affairs in Ireland, and stated that there was already a decrease of fully forty per cent in the number of agrarian outrages. He held that the position of affairs was decidedly hopeful, and ridiculed the idea of landlords being compensated for a redaction of their rents. OBITUARY.
