DsnriXKKEas. —Two first offender* were dismissed with a caution. —Alexander Fleming tu fined 10», or in default 24 boon* imprisonment, for being drank and using obscene language at Sydenham on Boxing Day. —Mary Cunningham, for being drunk in Sydenham, was convicted of the offence, and discharged. Distkotiso Peomktt, Ac.— Jane Jack, olios Paul, was accused of wilfully destroying the private property of Mabel Ada Boyd to the value of £5, and that of Qecrje Benninge to the value of 7< fid, and with making see of obscene language in New street. The police applied for a remand, which was granted to the following day, bail being accepted, prisoner in £4O and two sureties of £2O each. Nsolxctid Choix—Francis fc tanning Edwin Paulo was brought before the Court as a neglected child. The boy had been found in the company of Jane Jack, the aoeosed in the previous case, in a neglected condition, and was about six yean of age. He was committed to the Burnham Industrial School for seven years, to be brought up in the Presbyterian religion. LTTIXLTON. Tcssdat, Dxj. 27. (Before J. OUivier, Esq., AM.)
