[Pas ?kis* Association.] WELLINGTON, Due. 23. The Hon 0, J. Pharazyn was to-day committed for trial on a charge of plural Toting at the recent elections for Xhorndon. Bail was allowed in hie own recognisance of £5. The Bench stated that they were perfectly satisfied with the explanation he had given, bat they felt bound to send the case to a higher Court, as the question of fact was one for a jury.
