MR. THOMSON HAS received instructions from Dugald McFarlane, Esq. ; to sell by auction at the Auction Matt, on THURSDAY, JANUARY 19th, 1860. THK VALUABLE SHEEP RUN, On the Waimakariri, about 25 miles from Christchurch, and known as THE LEDARD STATION, Containing 10,000 acres well grassed and fattening country, with the improvements thereon, consisting of Dwelling House, of 6 apartments and attics, enclosed Garden of li acre well laid out and planted with borders of forest trees in an advanced stage of growth, as also with a plentiful supply of fruit trees in full bearing—paddock of 2 acres adjoining, laid down in English grans —enclosed sheep-proof paddock of 3 acreslarge wool shed, 36 x 18, and skilliona 8| feet—hurdles—cow house and stockyard. Canterbury Association's pre-emptive right over 250 acres, and pre-emptive right over 250 acres under Land Regulations. Also about 1,400 sheep of mixed ages and sexes, of which about 850 are ewes.
