PRUSSIA.
There is intelligence from Berlin to the effect that the King of Prussia has signed a formal act of abdication and invested the Prince of Prussia with " unlimited power." It is also stated that the King is to retain the title and precedence of a monarch, with (if the Chambers will let him) the lion's share of the emoluments. It is worthy of remark that although telegrams with this news have been received from Berlin and Hamburg, and although the rumour is generally believed in Paris, not one of the Prussian or other German papers have a word on the subject.
