THE Goodwill of a Run of 20,000 acres, situate within 20 miles of Christchurch, with improvements thereon, consisting of good substantial house and garden, stockyards, milking sheds, &c. The run is covered with grass of the best description, and possesses excellent natural boundaries, having upwards of 30 miles of water frontage.
