THE Commissioners of the Waste Lands Board will sit at the Land Office, Christchurch, on SATURDAY, the Ist of May next, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of receiving Pasturage License Fees under the Waste Lands Regulations (Ist April, 1856, Clause 51) now in force within this Province. Holders of Pasturage Licenses of 5,000 acres and upwards will be required, on payment of their rent, to give to the Board a written declaration of the numbers and description of stock depasturing on their respective runs on the said lst*day of May, as required by the < 55th Clause of the Land Regulations. Notice is also hereby given, that, the runs between the Rakaia and Asnburton Rivers being now in course of survey, Holders of Pasturage Licenses within that District will be required to pay their proportion of the cost of the said survey, (at the rate of eleven shillings per 1,000 acres) on or before the Ist of September next. *By order of the Board, i WILLIAM GUISE BRITTAN, Chief Commissioner. I Hereby notify for public information that having concluded an agreement with the Union Bank of Australia, by which the said Bank has become the agent for the Loan of Thirty Thousand Pounds about to be raised under the authority of the " Loan Ordinance, 1856, Session VII, No. 3," I do, in virtue of the power vested in me by the said Ordinance, hereby appoint the office of the Union Bank of Australia in London as the place where all payments both of principal and interest upon the Debentures so about to bo issued shall bo made.
