All those three allotments or parcels of Freehold Land frosting upon Charteris Bay, opposite the Town of Lyttelton, being Rural Sections Nos. 129, 265, and 921, adjoining each other, the two former sections containing^ fifty acres each, and the latter section'containing sixty acres of land, statute measure, or thereabouts. Also, the Messuage or Dwelling-house, Stockyard, Dairy, Out-buildings, Improvements, and Appurtenances thereto belonging j together with the Cattle Run of 500 acres thereto adjoining, as lately occupied by Dr. Moore. * The above well known and very valuable propei tv is pleasantly s'tuate.
