NEXT, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, subject to conditions to be then and there produced : All that allotment or section ■of town land consisting of one quarter of an acre, presenting a frontage to Norwich Quay of 66 feet^ and to Dublin Street of 165 feet or thereabout---, and No. 16 on- the Map of the Town of Lyttelton.
