The Regatta will commence at 9 o'clock a.m., ■when the following races will take place:— 1.-—DECEBD BOATS. A Sailing Match for all boats engaged in the -carrying trade from,this Port, not exceeding 20 tons. Entrance £1 Is., with a Purse of £— -added. II. —OPEN BOATS. A Sailing Match for all open boats between four and ten tons. Entrance JOs. 6d., with a tpurse of £— added, JII»—FIVE-OABEI> BOATS. A Rowing Match for five-oared boats, with -steersman. Entrance 10s. 6d., with a purse added. IV.—rOUE-OABED BOATS. A Rowing Match for all four-bared boats, ■with steersman. Entrance 7s. 6d., with a purse added. . N.B.^—ln all the above races three boats to start, or no race. V.—DINGIBS WITH PADDLES. A Paddling Match, in dingies not exceeding twelve feet in length, without steerer.
