THE Provincial Government are prepared to receive Tenders for the purchase of " The French Magazine Reserve," situate in Lavand Street, Akaroa, and the build-ings-'thereon. . . The area of the Reserve is Oa. lr. 12p. or thereabouts, and the buildings are constructed of substantial materials. All tenders must be in writing, addressed to the Provincial Secretary, and must state the amount the applicant is prepared to give for the property. If the sum offered in any tender be deemed sufficient by the Government, the premises will be put up to auction, pursuant to the Ordinance.
