By order of the Mortgagee, The Ketch Emu, as she now lies at anchor in this port, together with masts, yards, sails, anchors, chains, and stores. The Emu was built' in 1850, at Brisbane Water, of Blue Gum, is 32| tons, N. M., and will carry 50 tons dead weight, is coppered, and copper fastened; her length is 49 feet, breadth amidships 14 feet and 6-tenths, depth of hold 6 feet. She sails very fast, and is a most desirable vessel for the coast trade. An inventary of her stores can be seen at the office of the Auctioneers. Terms at Sale. To commence at 1 o'clock precisely.
