WHEREAS^George Francis Scott and Samuel Francis Scott, both of Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury, and Colony of New 'Zealand,' Innkeepers, have, by Deed bearing date the Second Day of March instant, assigned and transferred all their Estate and interest of and in the Mitre Hotel arid Premises, situate in and fronting upon Norwich Quay, in Lyttelton, aforesaid, as well, as all their Estate and interest in the Robin Hood Inn, near thereto; together with .all and singular all their Household Goods, and Furniture, Plate, Linen and China, Wines and Spirits, book debts, sum and sums of money, and all other their personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto ISAAC THOMAS COOKSON and ROBERT LATTER, both of Lyttelton, aforesaid, Merchants, IN TRUST for the equal benefit of such of the Creditors.of the said George Francis Scott, and Samuel Francis Scott, as* shall come in and execute the said Deed, within two months from the date thereof. ........
