WHEREAS^George Francis Scott and Siimuel Francis Scott, both of Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury, and Colony of New Zealand, Innkeepers, have, by Deed bearing date the Second Day of March instant, assigned and transferred all their Estate and interest of and in the Mitre Hotel and Premises, situate in and fronting upon Norwich Quay, in Lyttelton, aforesaid, as well as all their Estate and interest in the Robin Hood Inn, near thereto ; together with all and singular all their Household Goods, and Furniture, PlaW, Linen and China, Wines and Spirits, book debts, sum and sums of money, and all other their personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever . unto ISAAC ' THOMAS COOKSON and .ROBERT LATTER, both of Lyttelton, aforesaid, Merchants, IN TRUST for the equal benefit of such of the Creditors of the said, George Francis Scott, and Samuel Francis Scott, as shall come in and execute .the said Deed, within two months from the date thereof. Notice is hereby given that the said Deed of Assignment now lies at the office of Mr. Wormald, Solicitor, London Street, Lyttelton, for the inspection and execution of the Creditors of the said George Francis Scott and Samuel Francis Scott, and such of them who shall neglect or refuse to execute the same within tho time aforesaid' will be excluded from all benefit which may arise therefrom.
