George Francis and Samuel Francis Scott, both of Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury and Colony of New Zealand, Innkeepers, are hereby requested, on or before the FIRST DAY OF APRIL next, to pay the amount of their several and debts into the hands of Mr. Wormald, Solicitor, Lyttelton, in default of which legal proce?dings will be taken against them to the same without further notice.
