Whatever objections Austria may have raised to tbe Italian question being discussed in the Paris Congress, her agents seem determined that public attention shall be most effectually drawn to it, and if on the one hand they succeed in showing to the. world that the small Governments of Italy are capable of managing their own affairs, they will as certainly, on the other, convince all unprejudiced persons that those Governments ould not possibly find a more unsafe trustee than Austria herself.
