The winner to be sold by auction at an upset price of £70, in the usual way, within one half hour after the deciding beat; the upset price to go to the owner, the balance, if any, to go to the Racing Fund. Consolation Stakes of£ added to a handicap sweepstakes of £ each, p. p., second horse to save his stake, for horses that have started and not won in any of the previous races. Horses to be entered and stakes paid to the stewards within a quarter of an hour alter the deciding heat of the Selling Plate, ami to be handicapped by the stewards or whom they may appoint.
