Ellis and Gartner, to Sell by Auction, at his office in the Market Place, Ghristchinch, on Saturday, Aug. 4th, at 12 o'clock precisely, . That valuable section of Town Land being No. 593 on the map of Christchurch, and situated in Armagh Street, immediately adjoining Messrs. Gould & Miles's old store, and in- close proximity to the Golden Fleece Hotel. The whole of the section is securely fenced, has for a long time been used as a kitchen garden, and is at present under cultivation. From the great difficulty in obtaining freeholds in this important locality, the present is a most desirable opportunity for purchasing, and one that may not again occur for some time.
