Bethune &: Hunter, Auctioneers, at Wellington, in New Zealand, on Friday, the 22nd day of June next, at 12 o'clock, certain freehold premises at Okiwa,or the Grove, in Queen Charlotte Sound, in the Crown Grant thereof described as comprising 1100 acres or thereabouts, excepting one hundred feet from high water mark, and also excepting any necessary roads required for public convenience^late the property fo.
