Also, all those two substantial and well-built dwelling-houses standing thereon, and now in the respective occupations of the Rev. John Aldred, and Mr. Geo. Thompson, as Tenants thereof. All that recently erected messuage or dwelling house, with the yard, garden, outbuildings, and appurtenances thereto belonging, situate within one mile of the town of Kaiapoi, and about ten miles from Christchurch, and near to the Great North Road leading to and from Christchurch.
