HPHE Undersigned being three Trustees ; appointed in the Church-Property Tjrust Ordinance, do hereby, in pursuance of the provisions of the said Ordinance, call a Special : Meeting of Trustees, to be holden at the temporary Church at Lyttelton, on Thursday, the twenty-fifth day of January inst., at noon, for the reconsideration of the Bye-Laws, and for the transaction of general business. A MEETING will be held at the tempo- -*-*- rary Church at Christchurch Quay on Friday, the 19th of this month, at 7 o'clock in the evening, for the purpose of receiving a farther report as to the state of the funds, to consider the kind of building to be erected, and to decide on the site. WHEREAS several parties have been in the habit of driviug my horses and cattle from Godley Heads without my leave, (the same being my run,) whereby a valuable mare has been killed, I hereby, give notice that any party doing the same after this date, I will take summary proceedings against, and make them answerable for any loss in consequence.
