LONG DEN & LE CEEN Beg to give notice, that they have received instructions from the Executors of the late Captain Mitchell, to SELL BY PUBLIC AUCTION, TIHE whole of the PROPERTY, of the ■*- deceased in this Settlement, consisting of THE WELL-KNOWN STATION AT MOUNT GREY, Situate in the Northern District of the Canterbury Settlement, and comprising A SPLENDID RUN OF 20,000 ACRES, UPON WHICH ARE A CAPITAL House and Garden, Dairy, Stockyards, And other improvements, all in first-rate working order, and secured by a Pre-emptive Right, thus rendering the whole a most Valuable Property.
