Sale of Rural Land in Lots to suit Purchasers, rpo be Sold by Auction, by Mr. Alport, -■- on Tuesday, the 9th day of March next, at the house of Messrs Gartner and Ellis, in the Market Place, Christchurch, at one o'Clock in the afternoon, subject to conditions to be then and there produced. All the remaining unsold portion of Rura^ Section No. 133, situate a short distance fraifo Christchurch, on the Papanui Road, consisting of 40 acres of Land of statute measure, oi thereabouts, in lots of one acre and upwards, to suit the convenience of parties at the time of Sale. Parties purchasing may select their Land from any portion of the 40 acres. A deposit of £25 per cent upon and in part payment of the purchase money must be paid at the time of sale, £25 per cent within 3 months from the d^f^t Sale, and the remainder of the purchase money by Two Instalments at 6 and 12 months. The Land is eligibly situate fronting the road leading to, and now making, from Christchurch to Papanui. Further particulars may be had by applying to the Auctioneer; to Mr. E.
