AKAROA, To be Let on Lease for Building on, SEVERAL very Desirable Quarter-acre Town Sections, on the properties of John- Watson, Esq., Dr. Watkins, and the Rev. William Aylsieb. These Sections are close to the town of Akaroa, in close proximity to plenty of firing, and water of the purest quality ;* fruit, vegetables, fish, and butcher's meat can be obtained at a reasonable rate, and in abundance. The scenery and walks of Akaroa stand unrivalled ; there is likewise excellent seabathing; such an opportunity rarely occurs to persons of making a desirable settlement. Application to be made to any of the above named persons. There is an opening here for Tradesmen, particularly in the Tailoring and Shoemaking departments, with a certain prospect of success.
