NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I on Wednesday, the 16th April, a Public Auction will be held in Lyttelton for the Sale of Town Land in Christchurch and Lyttelton. Parties desirous of Purchasing any particular Section may have the same included in the List for Sale by making application to that effect at the Offices of the Association, either at Lyttelton or Christchurch, on or before the 2nd of April. To give effect to such application, it will be necessary to deposit the upset price of each Section, viz. "24/. for the Half-acre Section in the Capital, and 121. the Quarter-acre Section in the Port Town," at the Union Bank, to the credit of the Canterbury Association, on or before the same day.
