This Dav. A stabbing arfray between ' two sailors nanied Barker andErwin occurred on Monday, both using long knives. Barker ripped Erwin completely open so that the intrals protruded . Erwin is sinking rapidly, and witnesses who were about to leave for Sydney have been detained. Later. Erwin, the victim of the stabhing affray at Aratapu still lingers. His deposition was taken yesterday. He is receiving every possible attention atthe hands of Dr Norton.
