SYDNET, February 18. The Patriotic Fund is daily i ncreasing. The arrangements for the despatch of the troops are progressing favourable. The day of embarkment will be observed as a public lioliday, and will be attended with considerable eclat. The Hon. W. B. Dally, AttorneyGeneral, hasreplied to the Queen' s message, stating that the Colonists are deeply grateful for the same.
