Times a letter suggesting that the Secretary and Treasurer of the Jockey Club should publish a full report and balance-sheet at once. I have just been appointed Treasurer, (which appointment requires confirmation at next meeting,) and as soon as such appointment is confirmed, the books and papers will be open to inspection by any member of the Club.
