Francis Barclay and Montressor Turner were charged. at the Police Oourt this morning, with assulting Herherf Trivett, with intent to rob. The hench dismissed the case as there was no evidence. At the District School yesterday, Miss Aliee Darby, received the Mayor's prize for good attendance; Master J* Kirk, and Miss Louch, Oommittee's lst prize for good conduct, and general profieency; Master McGoveron 2nd prize, for good eonduct and general profieency.
