This day. Vandyke has been co nmitted for trial for attemdting to shoot Miss W adsworth, at Northeast Valley. Bailbeing allowed: self in £200, and two sureties in £150. Under instructions from the YiceAdmiralty Court, the barqueLota, lying at Oamaru, has heen sold to the Union Company, for £1,050.
