A complaint signed by thirty-five of the passengers by the steamer Kaikora against the behaviour and manner of Captain Crutchley has been forwarded to the Directors of the New Zealand Shipping Company. At a ball last night a German shot a wonxan through the neck, it is not yet known whether she is dead.
