WELLINGTON,
This Day. fSir Julius Yogel has inStructad his solicitors to proceed against the New Zealand Times for libel, damages are laid at £10,000. Lewis "the hangman" was charged yesterday with inciting a maori to murder a chinaman, the bench had to dismiss the case, owing to iosufficient evidence. Lewis has still to answer charges of burglary.
