FOUE MEN FINED. (By Telegraph—Press Association). : CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Pour men were fined sums ranging from £3 to £3 this morning for playing-two-up. The police told the. Magistrate that six other men bolted from the ring when the constable appeared. They left behind four bicycles still unclaimed.
