The Daily Telegraph's Cairo corres: pondent reports that Sanvat Pasha has communicated to Cabinet the results of his protracted negotiations with Britain, embodying the British Government’s last -word. He intends to make a statement in the Chamber this week. It is believed the terms will not satisfy Nationalist aspirations regarding Army occupation and the Soudan. Sarwat’s resignation seems inevitable.
