MESSRS ABRAHAM & WILLIAMS, LTD. At Levin yards on Tuesday, 28th inst,. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd,, offered to a fair attendance of buyers, a good yarding of sheep and cattle and a medium entry of pigs. A clearance was made at the following prices:— Cattle: Fat cows £4 15s to £0 15s, vealers £2 12s Gd to £3 11s, weaner heifers 35s to £2, potter bulls £5 5s to £G ss. Sheep: 4-year ewes 22s to 22s 4d, lambs 13s lOd to 15s lid, wether lambs 14s, cull ewes 14s to IGs Gd, medium lambs Us to 11s 4d, Southdown rams to lOgns. Pigs: Weancrs 8s Gd to 9s Gd, slips 16s, porkers 31s to 325. N.Z. LOAN & MERCANTILE AGENCY CO., LTD. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report: At Levin yards on Tuesday, 28th inst., they offered a full yarding of sheep, a medium entry of cattle, and a large entry of pigs. There was a good attendance of buyers. All classes of stock met with keen competition and practically a clearance was made at the following prices:— Cattle. —Fat cows £5 to £G 2s Gd, fat heifers £5 11s to £G 10s, forward condition, cows £3 10s to £4 7s Gd, store ditto £2 5s to £2 15s, weaner heifers 28s to £2 ss, bulls £5 5s to £6 17s 6d. Sheep. —Fat ewes 21s 3d, 4 and 6tooth store wethers 22s lOd, good 2tooth 31s 3d to 32s Gd. Ewes, principally 4-ycar, medium sorts 20s Gd, aged ditto 14s to 17s, store ditto 10s 5d to 12s Gd, woolly wether lambs 15s to 15s 2d, medium b.f. lambs 14s 7d, cull lambs 10s to 11s Gd, aged S.D, rams 4J gns.

Pigs. —Heavy porkers 3Gs Gd to 39s Gd, medium 32s to 34s Gd, good forward condition stores 2Gs Gd to 29s Gd, medium ditto £1 to £1 4s, small 15s Gd to 18s Gd, weancrs Gs Gd to 12s Gd.
