The German Riots.
REPUBLICAN TROOPS ASSEMBLED. PEOPLE NERVOUS AND EXCITEiX Received this day 11.40 a.m. Copenhagen, December 9. The latest report from Berlin states that the people are nervous and excited, crowding the streets and discussing Saturday's events. Liebknecht continues to make inflammatory speeches. The Government, anticipating a further outbreak, assembled ten thousand soldiers of the Republican Guard with 'machine-guns and posted them at several points in the city.
