GERMAN'S COMMAND BOLSHEVIKS. APPEAL FOR HELP. [electric telegraph—copyright.] (Per Press Association). Received tihis day, 9 a.m. New York, IJecember 2. Mr Ackerman, the New York Times' correspondene, telegraphing from Ekaterinburg, states that _ despite Germany's agreement to withdraw troops from Russia German Generals and other officers remain commanding the Bolshevik armies. The Czecho-Slovak staff has information freely indicating that General Bruecher remains as Chief of the Bolshevik General Staff, also that General Eberhardt still commands the Bolshevik army in Samara or the southern front. German generals are busy attempting to form a large Bolshevik army for operations next spring. - • According to Czechoslovak information the Bolshevik army numbers v 000 with 33 new divisions called up for the spring. . The Czecho-Slovak army faces formidable Bolshevik forces which threaten their communications with Vladiivostock. The Czechs must either withdraw from Siberia or obtain Allied military assistance.
