The Times' Washington correspondent says that President Wilson will sail on the transport George 'Washington, formerly a. Nortili German Lloyder. A member of the American Peace Delegation'will accompany the "President. A despatch received at White House from Lord Northcliffe says that while it is known there is opposition in America to the President's journey abroad, the British and Frenoli dlrare the opinion that the President's absence from the peace table is unthinkable.
