Everybody's Pictures.

♦ At Everybody's on Wednesday the Paramount feature will be an adaptation of "The Bottle Imp" from Robert Louis Stevenson's famous story, featuring the noted Japanese actor Sessue Hayakawa. Patriotism will be running rampant at Everybody's next Friday when the sensational Fox j production "The Spy System" will be screened. Dustin Farnuin plays the role of Mark Quaintance, a man of wealth and social position, who undertakes the hazardous task of gaining a list of the German spies in the United Stales. Incidentally the film gives a most complete and clear, exposure of the German system of espionage, the most complete system of international secret service ever devised or practiced. Its revelations are said to be remarkable, and are brought about by some thrilling incidents. The intricacies of diplomacies just before the American entry into the war are revealed to the public in a manner which is at once easy to grasp and interesting to watch because in every foot of film there comes a new thrill or a relieving lough. num portrays a young American "society guy" who goes to Germany on a perilous mission, but before he comes away he achieves his purpose and secures a list of the German spies in America. Judging by the advance booking there will be a packcd house at Everybody's on Friday.
