Welcome Home.

To-night's function in Everybody's Theatre in connection with the Welcome Home to the local returned troopers promises to be a great success.

The following programme has been arranged: Messrs W. Hughes and A. Pringle (duet), Mr Scott (step dance), Miss Walker (.song), Mr K. Aitken (recitation), Mr Pringle (song). Three short speeches will be given by the Mayor of Levin, the Chairman of the County Council and Mr J. Mclntyre, headmaster of the District High School. The second part of the programme will consist of a picture called "The Girl Who Couldn't Grow Up," kindly placed on the screen by the management of Everybody's Theatre, for which, the Committee desire to- express, their thanks. All soldiers on leave who should be in Levin to-night are given a most cordial invitation to be present at, the Welcome. The public are reminded tliat no charge will be made for the entertainment which will start at 8 p.m. sharp.
