FARLAND'S PICTURES.

For Show week Farland's are presenting a particularly attractive series of picture stories. To night "The Diamond Runners'' with Helen Holmes as the chief smuggler promise some excitement. For tomorrow the show night attraction is "The Gentle Intruder" with "Gloria's Romance" as an additional attraction, and on Thursday "Poodles or Babies" is a question that is asked and answered on the screen.

Friday is now Farland's special night, and this week a remarkably powerful drama of Parisian life' "Woman nd Wine" will form the main" attraction. The production is by the celebrated World Film Corporation and is in five parts. "It will-be remembered by many as being staged with success by Bland Holt some years ago. The story tells of llicliard Seymour, who inherits a fortune. Marcelle, an artist's model, fascinates the young man and persuades him to visit Paris, and there at the famous Moulin llouge proceeds to show him life —life that begins at midnight and disappears with the coming of the day. Seymour is cheated of all his money, and cast off by the adventuress lives in poverty. Subsequently there is a terrible duel between Marcelle and his sweetheart, who has remained loyal to liim, he is saved. The settings in Paris and New York are said to be very brilliant and effective.
