Wilson's Message Suppressed in Germany. War Lords Want Another Appeal to Arms. [ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT.] Cl-KR PRESS ASSOCIATION.! Received This Day, 11.45 a.m. Amsterdam, Jan. 11President Wilson's message was mutilated and suppressed in many German newspapers. The Cologne Voiks Zeitung says: "In the interests of our readers we do not give the full report of that bloated individual whose message contains impertinent insinuations which possess not. the slight, est value. The speech shows that Wilson is posing as a world judge to whose decision every living creature is supposed to bow." The entire German comment in- ( dicates that the Central Powers are suffering from swelled head, th greater because of the prospect of a separate peace with llussia. The High Command is determined to make one more appeal to the God of Battles, believing it will succeed, but in the event of failure the conditions would not be much worse than now.
