Uodick's successor at Honolulu, pleaded, guilty nt the trial at San Francisco of thirty-four defendants, including Hindus, accused of p.otting to overthrow British rule in India. Iho schomo involved ijlie shipping of arms and ammunition to Tndia to certain seditious natives there. • Von Brinken admitted his guilt in order, ho said, to avoid further disclosures.
