FARLANDS PICTURES.
"Follow the Crowd" is the managerial advice from Farland's Theatre and certainly the management lias some strong drawing cards 011 the hill. For to-night (Thursday) Charlie Chaplin and "Hardeen" will occupy the screen and stage. Big attractions are set down for the resit of the week. To-morrow night that charming .actress Billyßurke, will be starred in "Peggy" an 8000-foot picture plav in which the leading lady lavishes all her talents on the delighted audience. "Peggy" has a wondierful record on the circuit, and should undoubtedly please local patrons. On Saturday a contrast will be presented in "The Scarlet Woman" in which all the fire and passion that has made Olga Petrova, famous is df played, tflhe fact that this is a Metra filf will be sufficient for discriminating patrons. With finch masterpieces as these the managerial expectation* should bo amply realised.
