It is definitely reported that Kerensky has gained complete control in Petrograd. LONDON, Nov. 14A Berne correspondent says the Austrian newspapers are gloating over the events in Petrograd alleging that the defeat of England is involved. They also assert that the Italian situation robs the Allies of much of their reseive man ;:ower on the Western front. STOCKHOLM, Nov. 14. It is estimated that Lenin's supporters number 50,000 It is. reported that the Cossacks have occupied Kieff, the capital of south-western .Russia, also that Siberia has proclaimed her Independence with the ex-Czar as Emperor.
