FARLAND'S PICTURES.

THE ''COMMON LA W" NEXT WEEK

The Management of Farlarid's Theatre announce that Clara Kimball Youjig will be shown here on Friday and Saturday in the widely advertised picture production of Robert ■ W. Chamber's famous novel "The Common Law." Few screen productions have attracted the attention that picture has aroused and from reports it will prove the greatest of Miss Young's many successes. The story of the book has been faithfully adhered to and under the masterly direction of Albert Capellani,-it-has been . filmed as a six-part photop lay of unusand dramatic power. The story relates the romance* of Valerie West, artist model, and Louis Nevilie, artist. The scenes are mainly set in the heart of New York City and 1 reveal one of the most interesting phases of life in that metropolis. To-night Farland's are 'presenting besides the picture programme, a couple of interesting vaudeville turns.
