Swarms of Aeroplane Machine Gunners. Received this day, at 9-40 a.m. London, October 12 The battlefront extends six miles south from Houthulst wood. Everything is going well and at noon the troops were within the shortest distance of Passchendaele. It is too early to estimate the number of prisoners. The fighting continues vigorously.
